Role Summary

Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager/Manager of the estate in all field activities and labour management.

Responsibilities

• Distributing of muster and assuring implementation of all agricultural practices.
• Introduction and implementation of cost controlling and productivity improving measures.
• Maintaining check roll, field diary, and progress book.
• Maintenance of divisional inventory and assisting in training activities of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in the relevant field not below NVQ Level 5.
• Age: 18-45 years.
