Service Technician

Role Summary

Lucenxia Lanka Private Limited is a pioneering company specializing in home-based Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD), and we're looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible in equipment maintenance & installation projects
• To provide prompt & comprehensive technical services such as repairs/ troubleshoot, warranty service, service contracts, maintenance plans and calibration/verification services
• Perform Incoming Quality Checks for all machines
• Assist in Machine Specific Testing for the machine Continuous Improvement Program
• Dealing with complaints in terms of technical support
• Working closely with clinical team to validate and overcome any support issue
• Provide feedback to Engineering department personnel as and when the need arises
• Assist in process improvement and stability

Requirements/Qualifications

• At least a recognized diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
• Possess a good sense of responsibility, self-disciplined, team player & passionate to work with different levels of people
• Independent and self-motivated with initiative and good communication skills
• An excellent observer, able to capture the problem instantly and rectify it
• Willing to work irregular hours if required
• Should have Driving license and willing to travel island wide
