The Role

Analyze production and costing data to support accurate financial and operational reporting, drive insights and contribute to effective decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Analyze production data to support accurate financial and operational reporting.
• Perform batch closing activities and ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Execute and monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) running and monitoring activities.
• Analyze production consumption, output, variances and cost-related information.
• Review production data against standard costs and identify significant variances.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse and other relevant departments to validate production and costing information.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of production and financial data.
• Support month-end closing and other finance-related activities as required.
• Identify opportunities for improving data accuracy, budgeting & costing processes and reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
• Understanding of production processes, budgeting, costing, BOM and inventory-related concepts will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Experience with D365/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
