Role Summary

Assetline Finance PLC is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Associate - Finance & Accounting to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely preparation of bank reconciliations, including direct deposit uploads and receipting.
  • Prepare reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts and maintain accurate supporting schedules.
  • Prepare monthly accruals for selected expenditure items and post journal entries in the system.
  • Assist in data analysis and preparation of management-related presentations.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and best estimates.
  • Assist in preparing annual audit schedules and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Part qualification in ICA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to work across departments.
