Finance & F&B Process Consultant

Company: Legends Lounge Cafe

We are looking for an experienced Finance & F&B Process Consultant to support Legends Lounge in reviewing and strengthening our financial, POS, inventory, and operational control processes. The consultant will work closely with our existing in-house finance and operations teams to establish proper processes, controls, reporting, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the existing POS and financial processes
• Review daily sales, cash, and bank reconciliation processes
• Evaluate inventory, purchasing, GRN, stock, and supplier payment controls
• Establish proper food and beverage costing processes
• Develop controls for wastage, stock variances, discounts, voids, and complimentary items
• Review expense, petty cash, and payment approval processes
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly finance reporting procedures
• Recommend improvements to financial and operational controls
• Develop relevant SOPs, checklists, and reporting templates
• Guide and train the existing in-house finance and operations teams
• Provide ongoing consultation during the implementation period

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong experience in finance/accounting within the food & beverage, restaurant, café, or hospitality sector
• Good knowledge of POS systems and POS reconciliation
• Experience in inventory control and F&B costing
• Experience in financial controls and management reporting
• Strong understanding of financial controls and management reporting
• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions
• Experience developing SOPs and internal controls
• Strong communication and team-training skills
• Professional accounting qualification or relevant finance background would be an advantage

This is a consultancy engagement focused on reviewing, developing, and implementing finance processes together with our existing in-house team.
