Role Summary
Sands Active (Pvt) Limited (a subsidiary of Melwa Group) is a BOI approved state of the art Pharmaceutical manufacturing company partnering with the State Pharmaceutical Corporation Sri Lanka to fulfill local pharmaceutical related demands.
Finance Executives
Duties and responsibilities
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Preparing outstanding reports for local & foreign Suppliers
- Recording daily transaction & maintaining General ledger
- Maintaining Fixed assets register
- Assisting in month end meeting reports & MIS
- Preparing & maintaining reports schedules
- Handling proper documentations
- Demonstrates strong commitment to compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Minimize resource consumption and waste, and actively contribute to creating a greener and more sustainable workplace
Accounts Trainees
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing basic accounting functions
- Processing supplier, Vendor payments, Vouchers etc
- Performing weekly payment summary report & monthly summary reports
- Handling petty cash book
- Assisting in month end meeting reports
- Demonstrates strong commitment to compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Minimize resource consumption and waste, and actively contribute to creating a greener and more sustainable workplace
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Following / Part qualification in CMA, CIMA or ACCA
- Minimum 03 months intern experience in accounting field
- Proficiency Microsoft office application
- Having working experience in ERP system
- Age between 20 - 26 years
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to meet the deadlines
- Closer to the office location having advantage
