As the business continues to grow, we are strengthening our finance function and are seeking a Finance Executive who understands restaurant operations and values control, accuracy, and accountability.

What you'll be accountable for:

• End-to-end payroll management, including rota validation, statutory deductions, submissions, and payroll reconciliations
• Service charge management, ensuring accurate calculation, fair distribution, transparency, and compliance
• Supplier management, including invoice processing, ledger maintenance, payment scheduling, and cost review
• Daily POS, cash, and bank reconciliations, with prompt investigation and resolution of variances
• Monitoring and controlling food, beverage, labour, and operating costs
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports to support management decision making
• Supporting audits, tax filings, and continuous improvement of financial controls

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within hospitality
• Strong understanding of payroll, supplier management, and daily financial controls
• A detail-driven, control-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge inefficiencies
• High integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and staff information
