Executive – Finance (Management Reporting & Analysis)

Role is responsible for conducting regular financial analysis and reporting to assess business performance, identify risks, and support decision-making. The role develops and maintains financial models, including variance, profitability, and cost analysis to improve operational efficiency. It also supports budget preparation, monitoring, and control while evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects and business initiatives.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Full or part professional qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, AAT or an equivalent professional qualification is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field is required.
• Candidates with experience in the port, terminal operations, shipping, logistics, or warehousing industries will be given preference and considered a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in finance and accounting software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to analyze, process, and visualize financial data effectively to support business performance evaluation and decision-making.
• Should be an excellent team player with an outgoing personality able to connect with all levels of employees.
• Excellent communication skills in English with good PR skill.
