Finance Intern

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Finance Intern to gain practical experience in a modern, digital finance environment. You will work directly under the guidance of Chartered Accountants and gain exposure to real-world accounting, finance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process invoices and maintain financial records
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
• Work with cloud accounting platforms and digital finance tools
• Support project tracking and finance-related initiatives
• Help improve finance processes through automation and technology

Requirements/Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to continuous learning
• Technical Skills (Preferred): Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and ClickUp
• Must have your own laptop with a reliable internet connection
