Finance Executive (BPO)

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform bank, customer, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Odoo ERP
• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
• Support statutory audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queries

Requirements

• Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA, or a Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
