Finance Lead CIMA Certified

Role Summary

We are a leading exporter of Spices & Organic Foods to high-end markets such as Europe, USA, Australia, South Africa, Japan etc. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and result oriented young professional, who can lead the finance functions while providing strategic inputs to drive the organisation towards the planned growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely submission of statutory and management reports.
• Participate in the budgeting, forecasting and business strategies.
• Monitoring the cash flow and ensure the budget and forecast are being met.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the assets.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and relevant government authorities in discharging duties.
• A sound knowledge about the export process and related banking matters is a must.
• Prior experience in handling different types of taxes including SVAT is desirable.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must have full professional qualifications – (CIMA).
• Other qualifications & degrees as extras are desirable.
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager and at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Finance Manager.
• Must come from a Manufacturing environment and Food industry.
• Experience in the Exports industry.
• Experience in negotiating facilities with Banks.
• Age between 40 -55 years preferable.
