Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Finance to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Finance Department's daily operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Present financial reports and management information to the Board of Directors.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance across the organization.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and optimize ERP based financial operations.

Requirements

• Fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with experience in a mercantile or plantation environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
