Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the organization's financial management, reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, procurement oversight, and corporate governance functions. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, managing risk, and ensuring the organization maintains strong financial controls and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to the Board and Executive Management.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, banking relationships, and payroll governance.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Manage external audits, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, insurance, and procurement functions.
• Drive process improvements, financial systems enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Extensive senior-level experience in financial management, corporate finance, and strategic leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, treasury management, governance, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
