Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
• Monitor and control costs, variances and profitability
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision making
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting systems
• Support strategic planning and business initiatives
• Manage and mentor overall management accounting teams (Central team and plant teams)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA) is preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in management accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
