Finance Officer

Role Summary

The Ministry of Health & Mass Media invites applications for the post of Finance Officer for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded Health System Enhancement Additional Financing Project. This is a full-time contract position based in the Project Management Unit (PMU) in Colombo 08.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for financial management tasks within the project. The initial contract is for one year, renewable based on performance and requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent UGC recognized qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• OR NVQ Level 7 certificate with at least 2 years of experience.
• OR NVQ Level 6 certificate with at least 5 years of experience.
• OR NVQ Level 6 certificate with at least 9 years of experience.
• OR NVQ Level 5 certificate with at least 8 years of experience.
• Age limit: Under 54 years by 06.07.2026.
