Senior Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in compliance with IFRS, SLFRS, and industry-specific regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of information to regulatory authorities, including the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and other institutions.
• Streamline operations, improve systems and procedures, and enhance the quality of the financial reporting system.
• Work closely with other departments to provide insights for strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, or full professional qualification of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Minimum 4 years' managerial experience in financial reporting within the banking or NBFI sector.
