Key Responsibilities

• Manage regular Accounts Receivable follow-up activities and resolve customer disputes
• Conduct credit control activities, including customer credit reviews and communications
• Process and post overhead invoices after obtaining the required approvals
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions
• Verify new supplier bank details and maintain vendor master data controls
• Perform supplier account reconciliations for assigned vendors
• Prepare monthly VAT and Duty Deferment reconciliations and coordinate compliance activities with consultants and operational teams
• Support quarterly VAT filings and related reporting requirements
• Support annual audit activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or CA
• Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Finance Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
