Role Summary

Rhino Roofing Products Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-oriented Management Accountant to join our factory operations team. The role focuses on driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Lead the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Conduct investment appraisals, product costing, profitability analysis, and margin optimization initiatives.
• Drive cost control and cost optimization programs across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.
• Manage and oversee export logistics, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure effective inventory management, stock controls, procurement processes, and supply chain efficiency.
• Review and authorize supplier payments in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
• Prepare management reports, board papers, presentations, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen internal controls, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the factory finance and stores teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified or part qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or construction sector.
• An accounting or similar degree from a recognized university is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Age below 30 years is preferred.
