Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Accounting, Reporting & Closings (IFRS/SLFRS)
- Lead Annual Budgeting & Financial Planning (Variance Analysis, Performance Reporting)
- Manage Treasury Operations (Cash Flow, Liquidity, Banking, Borrowings, Working Capital)
- Oversee AP, AR, & Payment Controls
- Drive Cost Control, Profitability & Operational Efficiency (incl. Inventory)
- Strengthen Internal Controls & Compliance Frameworks
- Drive ERP Implementation & Improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka or equivalent) + Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance (inc. 5 years in Senior Management)
- Experience in: Apparel, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Industrial Catering, or Multi-unit operations
- Age: 35-50 years
- Strong command of IFRS/SLFRS, SL Taxation, Statutory Compliance
- Proficient in ERP systems, Financial Reporting & Advanced Excel
- Strong Leadership, Analytical & Stakeholder Management Skills
