Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Executive to lead and optimize our organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate monthly financial statements to support management decision-making.
• Oversee the general ledger's integrity, perform month-end closing activities, and accurately input journal entries into the ERP system.
• Conduct GL account and bank account reconciliation and manage petty cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare product costing and pricing analyses, perform variance analysis, and ensure compliance with internal controls to optimize profitability.
• Calculate import costs, settle import bills within the ERP system, and manage the reconciliation and follow-up of container refundable deposits.
• Verify Performa Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices (CI), and Packing Lists for export orders.
• Handle tax-related matters ensuring legal compliance and timely submissions.
• Collaborate with other divisions to gather and analyse financial information.
• Assist with any other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Knowledge of management accounting will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
