Role Summary

We are a Business Process Management (BPM) company servicing large establishments in the Middle East and Sri Lanka. We deliver end-to-end finance, accounting back-office functions, tax, and audit services. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team serving the local clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & financial record maintenance for local clients.
• Manage end-to-end AP or AR processes of a large establishment.
• Familiar with online banking operations.
• Reasonable understanding of process controls.
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas teams.

Requirements / Qualifications

• +2 years experience in AP or AR processes in a reputed organization or a BPO.
• Reasonable understanding in accounting entries and general ledger postings.
• Proficiency in ERP / accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Part qualification from CA Sri Lanka (Cert. Business Accountant or higher), CIMA, ACCA or any equivalent OR Full qualification of AAT.
