Role Summary

Vista Essential Foods (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring sound financial management practices that support business growth and operational excellence.

Location

Bandaragama | Millaniya (Transport provided via specific routes)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the full finance & accounting function of the company
• Design and implement financial policies, controls, and reporting systems
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business growth
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk effectively
• Support strategic decision-making as a key member of the management team
• Work closely with operational teams to build scalable financial processes

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Finance / Accounting roles
• Proven experience in setting up or improving finance systems will be an added advantage
• Professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA / CA / CMA (or part-qualified with strong experience)
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector will be a distinct advantage
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup / developing environment
