Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership direction in compliance with standards and SEC regulations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage annual budgets, monitor cash flows, and ensure effective financial planning.
• Monitor evolving regulations, cost structures, and portfolio valuations.
• Establish procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and business goals.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Manage statutory obligations, reporting, and payment of liabilities.
• Prepare and deliver management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Qualified in ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an international audit firm and at least 3 years in the corporate sector.
• Sound knowledge of Government Securities, Corporate Debt Instruments, Securitizations, Financial Derivatives, Fund Accounting, and Regulatory knowledge in asset management.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, ethical standards, and a commercially driven business mindset.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
