Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Full qualification in a recognized professional body such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance/Business Management will be a distinct advantage.
• More than 8 years’ of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position (Finance Manager).
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, cost control, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Financial reporting and compliance
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Working capital management and cash flow optimization
  • Taxation and regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools (Power BI knowledge is an advantage).
