Person specifications:

• Full qualification in CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a reputed corporate environment, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, export, or trading operations.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, management reporting, working capital, and internal controls & experience with ERP/Accounting systems would be pre-requisite.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively across multiple functional disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of integrity, accountability, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Competencies:

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and daily liquidity requirements.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including supplier/customer reconciliations and ageing analysis.
• Maintain and monitor cash books, bank reconciliations, and daily financial transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment of inventory, purchases, sales, and production-related transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate financial controls and accounting procedures & support audit requirements, statutory compliance, tax-related matters, and other financial reporting obligations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial information.
