We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in the financial leadership and growth of our organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CIMA/ ACCA or partly qualified
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and audit
• Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, accounting and reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Support management in strategic decision making
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
