Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete invoicing and billing process, ensuring invoices are prepared accurately and issued on time.
• Monitor, follow-up and manage Debtor Collections and do the necessary initiative to manage overdue payments.
• Manage Cash flow, preparing relevant Reconciliations. Monitor management accounts, balance sheet to BOD.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Asset management such as periodical audit and updating the asset register.
• Leading annual Budget preparation, quarterly review, variance analysis and fine tune the budget.
• Identify financial risks, cost-control opportunities and areas for improving financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, statutory requirements and company financial policies.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
• Work closely with management and other departments to improve financial discipline, cost efficiency and overall business performance.
• Lead and develop the finance team and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CA / CIMA / ACCA part qualified or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior/managerial finance role.
• Excellent MS Excel, ERP analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and business acumen.
