Role Summary

We are a fully owned subsidiary of Freedom Finance Australia which functions in the Financial Planning Industry, providing comprehensive support and solutions to financial advisory needs, enabling our clients to “Live their Best Life”.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing & reviewing templated financial planning “Statement of Advice” (SoA) documents.
• Supporting Associate Advisers with the existing client base.
• Work on multiple online systems and platforms to generate Financial Planning templates.
• Make necessary changes based on the Adviser's preferences.
• Enter text based and numerical information from primary source documents and enter them into the software.
• Add Financial Modeling & Projection to the SoAs.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Keep up to date on insurance/pension related products.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or similar or partly qualified in CIMA/AAT/ACCA, Chartered, Banking etc.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial planning administration, paraplanning, or a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel, is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation.

Salary/Benefits

The compensation package will be determined by market standards and will be subject upon qualifications and experience relevant to the position.
