Production Finished Goods Coordinator

Role Summary

Farmchemie Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd is a leading manufacturer, exporter, importer, and supplier of premium quality veterinary health products. We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production and verify quantities.
• Label, store, and maintain finished goods inventory according to FIFO/FEFO standards.
• Prepare dispatches and ensure all related documentation is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Maintain GMP standards, warehouse cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
• Update stock records accurately and support periodic stock audits.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory coordination is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
