Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge to manage and oversee finishing operations at our apparel manufacturing facility.

Balangoda

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the finishing operations, specifically for pants.
• Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards before shipment.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams to meet deadlines.
• Implement best practices and process improvements in finishing operations.
• Train and manage the finishing team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot any finishing-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing operations, specifically in pants manufacturing.
• Diploma or degree in textiles, apparel, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of finishing processes, quality standards, and garment specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
