Finishing Executive

Are you an experienced apparel professional with strong expertise in garment finishing, packing operations, and shipment readiness? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our finishing and packing operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance standards are achieved.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in garment finishing and packing operations
• Strong knowledge of woven garments, including Blazer and Bottoms handling processes
• Experience in managing ironing, pressing, folding, packing, and final garment finishing activities
• Good knowledge of pack-to-ship operations, including packing list preparation, system updates, and shipment documentation procedures
• Ability to manage and lead finishing and packing teams to achieve daily production and shipment targets
• Strong understanding of garment quality standards, final inspection requirements, and customer compliance requirements
• Knowledge of process improvement, efficiency improvement, and manpower management
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Merchandising, Planning, and other relevant departments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Diploma/Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, or related field will be an added advantage
