Role Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results oriented individual to assume the role of Supervisor – Fleet Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet management operations and ensure smooth vehicle utilization.
• Prepare and maintain fleet performance reports, utilization reports, fuel consumption reports, and management dashboards.
• Monitor vehicle movement, allocation, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance schedules, and inspections.
• Connect with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure timely submission of operational and management reports.

Requirements

• Technician Diploma in Motor vehicle systems or Degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 01-year experience as a supervisor/Advisor is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in preparing and analyzing reports using MS Excel and fleet management systems.
• Sound knowledge of vehicle yard operations, fleet scheduling, and vehicle maintenance processes.
