Bunnik Tours: Air Ticketing Specialist

Requirements/Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ ticketing work experience at an airline or travel consolidator.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
• Ability to confidently issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets.
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing regulations, and fare calculations.
• Familiarity with BSP reconciliation processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service.
