Manager - Floral Operations

We are looking for a creative and experienced Flower Shop Manager to join our team at one of Sri Lanka's leading e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the flower shop.
• Lead, supervise and develop the team of florists.
• Ensure high standards of flower quality, freshness and presentation.
• Manage flower, packaging, and accessory inventory while minimizing wastage.
• Plan production and ensure online orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and introduce new flower arrangements and seasonal products.
• Work closely with the e-commerce, procurement, marketing and delivery teams.
• Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve our floral products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in floristry or flower shop management.
• Strong knowledge of floral arrangements and flower handling.
• Proven team leadership and inventory management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new floral designs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons and special occasions.
• Experience in an e-commerce flower business will be an added advantage.
