Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage (Head of the Department)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Food and Beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Coral Sands Hotel, Hikkaduwa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage outlets and operations as the Head of the Department.
• Lead, train, motivate and F&B team to ensure high service standards.
• Plan and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue and operational efficiency.
• Maintain quality, hygiene and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and reports, and control costs effectively.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management in a reputed hotel or resort (preferably in a similar capacity).
• Professional qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, control costs and maintain high service standards.
• Knowledge of F&B trends, menu planning and operational best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for guest satisfaction.
