KEY JOB FUNCTIONS;

• Lead production teams to process planned number of coconuts on a daily/weekly/monthly production plan.
• Ensure coconut processing is carried out as per the QMS, SOPs.
• Manage cost of production below the budgeted level.
• BE accountable for plant performance, production capacity and on time delivery.
• Establish a quality mindset among the factory floor employees.
• Ensure health and safety aspects of factory floor employees.
• Training of factory floor employees to achieve desired efficiency/ output levels.
• Implement systems and practices to ensure maintenance of quality and hygienic standards of raw material provided by the suppliers.
• Maintenance of ISO and other requisite quality standards.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE;

• A degree in Engineering/ Manufacturing.
• Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in Factory Management out of which 5 years in a managerial role in food manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience in Coconut Processing industry/ desiccated coconut mill will be an added advantage.

The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
