Requirements

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage Service within a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards, HACCP, and hygiene practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for innovation, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
• Pre-opening hotel or resort experience will be an added advantage.
