Food & Beverage Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team to achieve service and operational standards.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and company food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor food production, portion control, presentation, and service quality.
  • Coordinate with the client/customer and address service-related requirements, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, dining, storage, and service areas.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, facilities, and work areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale food service operations.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position will be an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and people management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food service operations, inventory control, and yield management.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
