Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food service standards, and hygiene practices.
  • Experience in cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reporting.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Assist in stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
