Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
- Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food service standards, and hygiene practices.
- Experience in cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Assist in stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
