Role Summary

Teardrop Hotels is looking for an F&B Supervisor to manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to budgeted guidelines and maintaining the highest service standards.

Based at Ahangama

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising staff and leading the team effectively.
• Monitoring inventories and overseeing POS transactions.
• Ensuring timely service.
• Welcoming and engaging with guests.
• Proactively addressing customer needs to achieve overall restaurant excellence.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Customer-service-oriented mindset.
