Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate lounge staff to maintain professionalism, punctuality and role-based presentation.
- Ensure all food and beverage operations within the assigned units are carried out efficiently.
- Coordinate the receiving of F&B equipment and linen and direct stewards in the final service setup.
- Confirm service timing with the Assistant Manager - Catering and F&B Executive and ensure smooth execution of functions and events.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper handling, storage and stock levels of food, beverages, service supplies, cutlery and crockery, minimizing wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, ISO & JCIA requirements and departmental SOPs.
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma / Certificate in Food and Beverage Management / Hotel & Catering Management / Hotel & Tourism Management.
- Related Higher National Diploma would be an added advantage.
- Overall 12 years of experience.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
