PappaRich Sri Lanka - Waiter (Delivery Rider)

Role Summary

To ensure the timely and safe delivery of PappaRich meals to customers while providing excellent customer service. The role also supports front-of-house operations during non-delivery hours to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.
• Maintain food quality during transportation.
• Support front-of-house operations by serving customers, taking orders, and assisting with outlet operations when required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Follow company policies, hygiene, food safety, and traffic regulations.
• Assist with other outlet duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• Valid Sri Lankan motorcycle riding licence (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or hospitality is an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good knowledge of local routes and safe riding practices.
• Flexible to perform both delivery and front-of-house duties as operationally required.
