Forklift Technician - Ekala

Looking for a skilled Forklift Technician to join our industrial operations team in Ekala. The candidate is responsible for the routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of all forklift equipment operating within the plant. The selected candidate will diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults, carry out scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer specifications, and maintain accurate maintenance records for each unit. He will also coordinate with the operations team to minimise equipment downtime and ensure all forklifts are in safe and roadworthy condition at all times, in compliance with plant safety and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

• G.C.E. O/L qualified with a certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering (NVQ Level 4 or above preferred).
• Sound knowledge of forklift mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with the ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Age between 20–35 years.
• Minimum two to three years of hands-on experience in forklift or heavy equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
