Role Summary

Japan Green Energy (Pvt) Ltd., a leading solar energy solutions provider in Sri Lanka, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Assistant (Freelancer) to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
• Create engaging content and assist in updating website, social media pages, and promotional materials.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and marketing activities.
• Manage basic data entry and maintain marketing records using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the team to support for client inquiries and proposals.
• Promote and market rooftop solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Experience in marketing or customer support will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in both English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
• Age: 20 – 35 years.
