About the Role

Effectz.AI builds enterprise-grade AI platforms used by large enterprises. We work inside real operations, automate high-friction workflows, and expect ownership. We are looking for someone who understands how shipping documents and ERP data become transactions across customs, port and terminal operations.

What you will do

• Work directly with freight and shipping teams to understand Sea Import and Sea Export operations.
• Map document and ERP data into CUSDEC, CDN, container, port and terminal workflows.
• Identify repeated entry, validations, amendments, rejections and operational exceptions.
• Translate field-level shipping knowledge into clear requirements for AI Engineers.
• Support testing, UAT and production rollout across systems such as ASYCUDA, NAVIS/N4 and SLPA CMS.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs/clearance, NVOC C or shipping agency operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of Sea Import and Sea Export, including customs, port and terminal processes.
• Comfortable with CUSDEC, CDN/cargo-dispatch workflows, BL/HBL/MBL, manifests and container documentation.
• Experience with ASYCUDA, NAVIS/N4, SLPA CMS or similar operational systems is strongly preferred.
• Able to spot where shipment data is copied, validated, corrected and entered repeatedly.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site with client teams.
