Executive Sales (Freight Forwarding)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Introduce new customers while ensuring retention of existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and follow up on customer payments.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain strong service standards.
  • Perform additional duties related to sales operations as required by management.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Professional qualification in Logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to achieve sales results.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Energetic personality with strong team collaboration skills.
