Front Office Vacancies - Hotel Topaz & The Tourmaline

Hotel Topaz & The Tourmaline, the Double Gem of Hospitality in the Central Hills of Kandy, is looking for young and aspiring candidates to join its team for the following positions:

Guest Relations Officer

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Minimum of one year of experience in guest relations within the hospitality industry is desirable

Receptionist

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar front office role is preferred

Reservations Officer

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a star-class hotel
• Experience with hotel reservation systems and PMS operations
• Knowledge of TAURAS PMS will be a distinct advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
