Frontend Product Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Frontend Product Lead to oversee our UI architecture. This role requires a unique blend of high-level technical engineering and strategic product analysis to ensure our user interfaces are both scalable and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design scalable component systems and micro-frontend architectures while making critical technical decisions.
• Product Integration: Translate product visions into functional engineering tasks and integrate advanced AI capabilities into the user experience.
• Team Mentorship: Guide engineering staff, implement industry best practices, and work alongside UI/UX and backend departments.
• Technical Execution: Develop responsive interfaces and maintain high standards for performance and accessibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in frontend engineering, architecture, and leading product initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of TypeScript, Angular, and Vue.js, along with advanced state management (e.g., NgRx, Pinia, or Redux).
• AI Proficiency: Expert use of AI-assisted coding tools and a functional understanding of LLMs and RAG to build intelligent features.
• Quality Assurance: Proven track record with Unit and E2E testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Performance & Standards: Deep knowledge of Core Web Vitals, web accessibility (WCAG), and modern build tools like Vite or Webpack.
• Process: Ability to manage Agile workflows and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
