Full-stack Developer Intern

Role Summary

Kaishi Innovations is offering a full-time, remote, unpaid internship designed to provide practical experience in both frontend and backend development. This role focuses on technical mentorship and helping interns build a professional portfolio through hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creating responsive user interfaces and reusable components using React or Next.js.
• Assisting with backend services and the development of REST APIs.
• Integrating frontend elements with databases and APIs.
• Supporting database management and data handling.
• Debugging and enhancing existing application features.
• Writing clean, maintainable code according to project standards.
• Utilizing Git for version control and participating in code reviews.
• Testing features and documenting all development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive web design.
• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, PHP, or Laravel.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database operations using MySQL or MongoDB.
• Basic proficiency with Git.
• A portfolio of personal projects or coursework that showcases development abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to learning and meeting deadlines.
• No prior professional experience is necessary.
