We are looking for a relentless AI coding advocate with product taste who will operate at the intersection of product management and AI-assisted software engineering. Moving fluidly between raw business intent, code, and user experience, you will rapidly prototype, build, and deploy internal enterprise applications (spanning HR automation, intelligent project management, and corporate productivity tools).

Responsibilities:

Defining use cases together with users, making sure that potential solutions solve the real problem and in the optimal way.
Hyper-Velocity Full-Stack Building. Ship end-to-end web applications, interactive portals, and automations utilizing a modern web stack (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python FastAPI).
Operate at peak creative momentum by embedding AI-assisted development tools deeply into your daily workflow to build software at 5x legacy engineering speeds. Translate ambiguous organizational problems into elegant software solutions.
Embrace an iterative, loop-based creation process – continuously tweaking, testing, and deploying features in real-time based on direct user interactions.
Construct and fine-tune statistical multi-agent systems and decision logic using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
Connect internal corporate data platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) directly to your applications.

Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or a related technical field.
Power user of AI-assisted coding tools and methodologies.
Full-Stack Engineering Foundations: architectural understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) and backend API development (Python FastAPI, Node.js).
Practical experience wiring multi-step LLM reasoning chains using LangGraph or LangChain, alongside exposure to semantic tool-calling and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Unrivaled Product Taste: A deep sense of taste and judgment. You naturally blend technical execution with empathy for the internal user (HR managers, project leads, executives).
